I’ve listened many people saying “I hate exercise, but I would like to do it!”
So try these tips to establish a training routine:
- Set a goal: getting into better shape? Running 30 minutes non-stop?
Find your inspiration.
- Find 20-45 minutes in your day and get in your workout. It is a
challenge in the beginning, but you'll fit it in your schedule.
- What exercises do you like better? Cardio, weights? Workout in the
gym, beach, park? Find activities that you enjoy and can imagine doing for
more than just a month or two.
- Push yourself to be more active. It’s about getting through the first months to make it a
habit.
- Be patient. It takes time to see results.
